About Colorado Drunk Driving Accidents

Colorado has two levels of alcohol-related driving offenses – Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and Driving While Ability Impaired (DWAI).

Driving with a blood alcohol content level (BAC) above .08 is illegal in the state of Colorado, and amounts to DUI.
